Abstract:In order to eliminate the color difference defect of hot-dip galvanized sheet, the forming mechanism of color difference defect was analyzed from hot rolling, galvanizing and stamping processes. The main reasons for the color difference defect of hot galvanizing sheet included uneven surface roughness of raw materials, uneven thickness of zinc layer, and cracking of zinc layer caused by stamping. In view of these three different reasons, the corresponding measures were formulated, shielding the side of cooling device in hot rolling process, improving the installation accuracy of sinking roller, and adjusting the air volume on the upper and lower surface of the moving bellows in the cooling section after plating, surface enhancement and lubrication of stamping die, etc. The unqualificate rate of color difference defect effectively decreased.
