Abstract: The general situation of special spot inspection of national bearing steel product quality supervision was described from the following aspects,including the location of production enterprises, the scale of the enterprise, the product type, the inspection items, etc. The qualification rates of inspected enterprises and products were obtained by statistical analysis. In terms of inspection items, it was found that the unqualified items were carbide liquid precipitation, decarburized layer and room temperature tensile test. The reasons for the random inspection results of quality supervision were analyzed. The suggestions for carrying out random inspection of bearing steel products were proposed. It provided directions and ideas for standardizing the quality supervision and random inspection of bearing steel products, standardizing the production order of enterprises, and improving the quality of bearing steel products.
