摘要

主要对低碳钢表面及皮下的“夹杂”问题进行了探讨。通过对“夹杂”处取样、SEM分析发现“夹杂”主要成分为保护渣,为减少这些缺陷,采取了稳定结晶器液面、恒拉速操作、优化保护渣性能等措施。应用结果表明,低碳钢由于“夹杂”产生的非计划品率由0.84%降低到0.20%以下,铸坯质量得到明显改善。

Abstract

Mainly discussed the problems of "inclusion" about low carbon steel surface and subcutaneous.Through the "inclusion" sampling and SEM analysis,found that "inclusion" main ingredients for slag. in order to reduce these defects, took these measures such as stable the mold level, transverse speed, optimization of protection operation performance and so on.Application results show that low carbon steel as a result of the "inclusion" unscheduled rate reduced from 0.84% to 0.20%, casting quality is obviously improved.
