摘要

某钢铁厂160 mm×160 mm方坯连铸机生产品种钢时出现的夹杂物较多,内部质量较差,表面质量缺陷的情况,通过应用连续矫直技术、三维动态配水模型,连铸智能管理系统,优化中间包流场,更换拉矫机和振动梁等工艺设备措施,小方坯质量缺陷得到了显著的降低,产品质量得到了显著的改善。

Abstract

It appeared many problems in a 160 mm×160 mm billet caster during production of varieties of steel, such as many inclusions, poorer internal quality, and surface quality defects. By applying the continuous straightening technique, the new three-dimensional dynamic water distribution model, casting technology intelligent management system, optimization of tundish flow field, the defects of billet quality is reduced sharply and the quality of the product are improved significantly.
