摘要

针对8流中间包两种不同的设备选型,结合已经投产的不同连铸机工程的实践案例,对连铸机设备组成、工艺布局、生产操作、耐材消耗以及成本和效益的不同影响,详细阐述两种选择的利与弊,并作深入对比和分析,为今后8流连铸机建设方案选择提供参考。

Abstract

In relation to the influence of two diffident 8-strands tundish models on CCM equipment, casting process, operation, refractory consumption, production cost and profit, advantages and disadvantages of the two options based on the typical continuous casting projects in working were analyzed in detail. A comprehensive proposal and reference were generated in terms of 8-strands continuous casting equipment selection based on detailed analysis and thorough comparison.
