摘要

通过对本钢炼钢厂Q235B、SPAH、SAE1008等钢种铸坯中心裂纹和三角区裂纹产生原因的研究,结合设备特点,进行工艺改进,制定出合理的工艺制度,从而降低了裂纹产生概率,提高了铸坯质量。

Abstract

By the research of center and triangle area cracks in the slabs of Q235B、SPAH、SAE1008 steel, and combined with the equipment, reasonable process and technology are put forward to improve the casting process, thus all these precautions reduced the probability of producing cracks and enhanced products quality.
