摘要

从结晶器振动机械装置的动力学分析入手,搭建了先进的非正弦电液振动激振系统,对伺服阀,液压缸等关键元件进行了计算及建模,并且利用MATLAB SIMULINK对系统进行了理论分析和系统仿真,系统可达到高振频、小振幅的设计要求,有效的提高了铸坯的产品质量。

Abstract

In this paper,the aim is to describe the design of continuous casting oscillation electro-hydraulic servo system. Using ADAMS analyse how about the dynamics of the oscillating mechanical devics, building the mathematical mold of the system, and the important components as culinder and servo valve was selected by calculating. The software Matlab Simulind as a tool, a theoretic analysis and digital simulation about the cotrol moder of hydraulic servo system.From the computer simulation and pracice run test, it ensures that this system reachs initial aim, as high frequency, small swing, effectively improving the cast iron quality.
