摘要

针对莱钢近终型大H型钢异型坯连铸机中间包工艺设计上的缺陷,开发与应用异型坯中间包双定径水口快速更换技术、中间包流场优化技术、中间包控流装置长寿技术等,通过技术集成与创新,形成了具有自主知识产权的异型坯中间包工艺技术,使铸坯合格率达到99.80%以上,中间包单包连浇时间达到36小时以上。

Abstract

Aiming at the end for large H-shaped steel beam blank casting tundish defects on process design, development and application of dual sizing nozzle quick changing technology for beam blank casting tundish, optimization of the flow field between packet technology, packet flow control devices between longevity technology through technology integration and innovation, with the formation of independent intellectual property rights between the beam blank packet technology, so that the passing rate of the slab to reach more than 99.80 %, tundish pouring even a single packet time to reach more than 36 hours.
