摘要

通过现场跟踪纵裂坯生产情况，查找铸坯产生纵裂的原因。特别针对包晶钢的特性，分析包晶钢易裂原因，并采取相应措施，降低汽车大梁钢、集装箱等包晶钢的纵裂概率。

Abstract

Abstract：The causes for the longitudinal cracks were found by tracking the production of crack slab on site, especially aiming at the characteristic of peritectic steel. And corresponding measures were taken to reduce the longitudinal cracks ratio of peritectic steel.
