210t LD,8 machine of 8 flow, and billet of 130mm×130mm were adopted to produce SWRH82B in Shougang No.2 Steel Making Plant. Under high speed casting condition, by adjusting mold electromagnetic stirring parameters and regulating the secondary cooling water distribution, rational technology parameters were found, and continuous casting more than 8 ladles was kept.

Several typical non-sinusoidal oscillation waveforms for continuous casting mold were introduced and a new waveform was presented. Their characteristics were analyzed and compared with each other concerning oscillation dynamics, the maxmium up-speed, the maxmium down-acceleration and the main oscillation process parameters. The results show that the YSU and WIS waveforms were more excellent than the others. In addition, the optimal range of non-sinusoidal factor was also analyzed, and the value is 0.25－0.35 .
