摘要

通过金相显微镜观察了轧材偏析的各种组织表现,包括带状组织、异常硬相组织、网状组织等,并利用电子探针对轧材偏析的各种类型组织进行了成分解析,旨在建立不同钢种显微组织与元素偏析的对应关系。结果发现:不同类型的带状组织均反映出该区域存在元素偏析,HRB400钢的珠光体带存在C、Si、Cr、Mn、Ni、Cu等多个元素的带状偏析;X80管线钢的针状铁素体带存在Mn、P、Nb等元素的明显带状偏析;9Ni钢的马氏体带存在Ni元素的带状偏析;82B盘条心部的异常马氏体组织与Mn、Cr元素的偏析有关;轴承钢中液析、网状和带状组织处存在C元素的明显偏析,偏析处的C含量是基体的2倍左右。

Abstract

Light microscope was used to observe various types of microstructure including banded structure, abnormal hard phase and network structure etc., and corresponding element segregation was analyzed respectively in rolled steel plate, bar and wire by electron probe micro-analyzer (EPMA), in order to establish a relationship between microstructure and element segregation in different steel products. The results indicate elemental segregation existed in different microstructure such as pearlite banded segregation of C, Si, Cr, Mn, Ni and Cu in HRB400 steel, heavy acicular ferrite banded segregation of Mn, P and Nb in X80 pipeline steel, and martensite banded segregation of Ni in 9Ni steel. Furthermore, Mn and Cr segregation might result in abnormal martensite zone in the center of 82B wire rod, and obvious carbon segregation existed at the liquation, net and banded structure in bearing steel, while carbon content was tested about 2 times the content of steel matrix.
