摘要

通过对高碳钢盘条中出现的缩孔、块状和网状碳化物、白亮带、非金属夹杂物、马氏体组织等各种缺陷进行宏观观察、金相分析、硬度测试以及电镜观察,探讨了盘条发生拉拔断裂的各种原因,并提出了相应的预防措施。

Abstract

Many common defects in highcarbon steel rod, such as shrink hole,blocky and netty carbide, white band, nonmetallic, inclusion, martensite etc., are studied by means of macroscopic observation, metallographic analysis, hardness test and SEM observation. Various causes of rod fracture during drawing were explored. The corresponding countermeasures are also proposed in this article.
