摘要

发电机定子穿芯螺栓在运行过程中发生断裂。为确定断裂原因,对其进行解剖检验分析。源区微观形貌为沿晶断裂。通过对缺陷的金相分析,认为奥氏体晶界上存在沿晶界分布的合金碳化物和合金化合物。这些脆性析出物使奥氏体晶界弱化。在周期性应力作用发生断裂。

Abstract

Cracking occurred on through bolt for generator stator core in working condition. In order to find out the reason of the cracking, the dissection analysis have carried out. Micrograph of crack initiation sites was intercrystalline rupture. Metallographic examination shows that there is alloy carbide and alloy compounds on the austenitic grain-boundary. These brittle educt avianize the austenitic grain boundary. On an effect of periodicily stress. cracking occurred.
