Abstract

Different degree quantitative water quenching in 35CrMo steel may have coarse lath of Martensite, fine slats martensite, needle shaped Martensite, and retained Austenite. And steel hardening layer, surface hardness, performance indicators and quenching deformation volume can also be adjusted by quantitative water quenching so that it can also meet performance requirements and strictly control heat treatment deformation, and have significant effect on reducing production cost.
