Study of Influence of Cooling Conditions on Properties of Sinters

Abstract:According to the practice at Baosteel Ltd. for about twenty years, the pulverization rate of sinters varies distinctly with the season.The influence of cooling conditions on the quality and metallurgical properties of sinters was studied in lab.The results show,that the heat preservation cooling is the best.It is advantageous to use variable blast for increasing yield.The results are useful to find rational method of improving sinter quality.
