Abstract:The sublance system, static and dynamic model of converter steelmaking of in Danieli Corus are introduced. The taptotap time, hot metal consumption, scrap consumption and oxygen consumption can be reduced by using sublance system. Improvement of process efficiency, higher accuracy of endpoint temperature and carbon content, Fe content decrease in slag can be achieved by the application of static and dynamic model.
