Ti、Nb对超低碳氮Cr18铁素体不锈钢冷轧板再结晶织构的影响

Influences of Ti、Nb on Recrystallization Texture of Cold Rolled Plates of Cr18 Stainless Steel with Ultra-low Carbon and Nitrogen
摘要 摘 要:本文研究了添加Ti、Nb对超低碳氮Cr18铁素体不锈钢冷轧板再结晶织构的影响。试验结果表明, Nb单稳定化和Ti、Nb双稳定化的冷轧板试样在850℃下,随退火保温时间的延长{111}面织构取向密度增加,而Ti单稳定的冷轧板在退火2分钟时{111}面织构取向密度值达到最大,然后随保温时间延长{111}面织构密度下降。Ti、Nb双稳定化的冷轧板经退火360s后得到最大的{111}<112>织构取向密度强度,Nb单稳定化Cr18不锈钢冷轧板再结晶织构{111}取向密度低于其他两种。

Abstract :Abstract:The influence of Ti、Nb on recrystallization texture of the cold rolled plates of Cr18 stainless steel with ultra-low carbon and nitrogen were studied. The results show that the density of the {111} texture distribution of the Nb-stabilized and Ti、Nb double stabilized cold rolled plate increase with extending of the annealing time under 850 ℃,but the density of {111} texture of only Ti-stabilized cold rolled plates are already to maximum with 2 minutes holding time, then the density of the {111} texture distribution will decline. The density of the Ti、Nb double stabilized cold rolled plate’s {111}<110> orientation distribution get to the largest with an annealing time of 360s.The recrystallization texture {111} orientation distribution of Nb-stabilized Cr18 stainless steel cold rolled plate is less than the others.
