重轨钢超声波探伤不合原因分析

Analy of ultrasonic defect inside Heavy Rail Steel
摘要 针对重轨钢出现超声波探伤不合格的情况,通过金相制样,大样电解等手段,利用扫描电镜配合能谱仪分别对钢轨点状报警和连续报警试样进行了研究。结果表明,钢中大型夹杂物是造成重轨钢探伤不合的主要原因,点状报警主要由单个大颗粒夹杂物引起,而连续报警主要由细长条或链状夹杂物引起。对大颗粒夹杂物的来源进行了分析,在工艺采取了相应的改进措施后,重轨的探伤合格率明显提高
Abstract :Considering that many heavy rail pass the ultrasonic defect test, the samples causeing sport alarm and continuous alarm were researched by SEM and EDX. The results showed that the defects in heavy rail steel were mainly caused by large inclusions, spot alarms were caused by single large inclusion and continuous alarms were caused by slender or line inclusion. The sources of large inclusion were analyzed and relevant improvement measures were taken, the percent qualified by ultrasonic defect detection have been greatly increased.
