Size matching relationship between inclusion that #br# IAF induced and original grain

Abstract:For the oxide metallurgical shipbuilding steel plate,the fine dispersion of the inclusions have a dual effect of nailing and inducing ferrite in the original austenite grain,and it was found that there were a certain matching relationship between the original grain size of austenite and the inclusion size of induced ferrite in grain. For that relationship,a lot of research works and statistic analyses of data was down. The results showed that,there is a linear approximate relationship between the inclusion size and the original austenite grain,and as the grain size of austenite increases,the inclusion size of ferrite decreases accordingly.
