摘要 阐述了南阳汉冶特钢采用80 t转炉—模铸—3800mm轧机—热处理的工艺研制130mm特厚Q345qD桥梁结构用钢板的开发过程。通过试验最终确定微合金元素化学成分设计、32T锭模浇注、TMCP轧制工艺及正火热处理工艺,成功地开发出了130mm特厚保二级探伤、保力学性能的Q345qD桥梁结构钢板。
Abstract :The paper explains how Nanyang Hanye Special Steel Co.Ltd. developed the specially thick Q345qD steel plates for beam structure with the thickness of 130mm by applying the process of 80t converter-ingot casting—3800mm rolling mill—heat treat. The alloy composition, smelting process, rolling process and heat treatment process were determined. The Q345qD steel plates for beam structure with the thickness of 130mm, which can guarantee second grade flaw detection and mechanical properties, were developed and produced in batch.
