Abstract:In order to study the influence of temperature and deformation on scale formation on the strip during rolling, based on the temperature change of hot rolled strips and computer program, the numerical simulation of scale formation was carried out for three steel grades:SPAH,X60 and Q235B. The simulated results were in good agreement with the measured.The simulation method is useful for adjusting rolling parameters to control scale formation.
