摘要 介绍了烧结烟气脱硫技术的研究背景,论述了烧结烟气特性、宝钢开发的气喷旋冲烧结烟气脱硫成套工艺和装备技术(BSFGD)特点;介绍和分析了所进行的工业试验主要内容和获得的成果、工程化应用的情况和效果,工程实践证明了该脱硫工艺对烧结烟气温度、SO2浓度、烟气量波动大等特性有很强的适应能力,对烟气中污染物去除率高,技术经济性好,运行稳定可靠,副产物可利用等先进特性,说明宝钢烧结烟气脱硫技术对于钢铁行业大、中型烧结机烟气脱硫有广泛的实用价值。
Abstract :Research background and technical features of BSFGD (Swirl-Jet- Absorbing Wet Limestone-gypsum Sintering FGD Technology) process and equipments are introduced in detail. Main contents, achievements of pilot experiments, and engineering practices of BSFGD are analyzed and discussed systematically. Past engineering practice experiences indicate that BSFGD has the following merits, wide applicability to sintering flue gas features (such as temperature changing frequently, SO2 concentration being unstable, flow rate fluctuating intensively, etc.,) high pollutants removal efficiency, low investment and energy consumption; stable and reliable running, utilizable byproduct (gypsum), etc.. It has been proved that BSFGD has extensive application value to the flue gas desulphurization for large and medium-scale sintering machines.
