Abstract:This article discussed the influence of postweld heat treatment regime to the impact ductility of Q690CFD coarse grain zone, and the postweld heat treatment regime of Shougang’s Q690CFD was optimized. The research results indicated that the point of 500℃ was brittle ductile transition temperature and the carbide precipitation at original austenite grain boundary resulted in the brittle ductile transition. The carbide precipitation regularity was computed by Thermo-calc and computation results commendably accorded with the test results.
