稀土2Cr13不锈钢中夹杂物的热力学分析及试验研究

Thermodynamic Analysis and Observation of Inclusions in RE-2Cr13 Stainless Steel
摘要 对稀土2Cr13不锈钢中夹杂物的形成进行了热力学分析和计算。结果表明,在本实验所用材料的成分条件下,稀土元素Ce能有效地变质夹杂Al2O3和MnS,其变质产物主要为Ce2O2S和CeS。对试样的扫描电镜观察和分析证实了热力学计算的结果。
Abstract :Thermodynamic calculation was used to analyze the formation of inclusions in 2Cr13 stainless steel with Ce. The result shows that on the condition of components of the material in this experiment, Al2O3 and MnS can be entirely replaced by Ce2O2S and CeS. These results have been testified by observations of samples by SEM.
