Influence of GasInjection From Tuyeres on Reduction and Transformation of Solid Charge in Blast Furnace

Abstract:Reduction and transformation of solid charge in blast furnace with gas injection was studied by simulation.The results are: When the H2 content in mixed gas increases, the RDI of solid charge increases;the RDI of solid charge decreases with the increase of reaction temperature;high H2 content is advantageous for reduction of ferrous oxides and CO decomposition; H2 content has no influence on carbon content of reduced ore at 900 ℃;the strength of coke after reaction decreases sharply with the H2 content in mixed gas.
