Research on Optimization of Cooling Process for TRIP Steel After HotDeformation

Abstract:The optimization of cooling process for TRIP steel after hotdeformation was studied by orthogonal test on hot simulation experiment machine. The results show that both the slow cooling rate to control ferrite transformation and the rapid cooling rate to control bainite transformation affect the microstructure of TRIP steel obviously.An optimized cooling process of TRIP steel was put forward based on analysis of experimental data.
