Abstract:The stressstrain field and the stressstrain characteristics of plate during quenching was computed numerically by ANSYS 3D thermoelasticplastic finite element.The analysis of deformation of plate during cooling was studied numerically and experimentally, and quantitative analysis on the factors including the jet impinging mode (high pressure impinging and normal pressure pipe impinging), water ratio of upper and lower jet ,lengthways distance between jets (or distance between rollers) and the running speed of steel plate (roller table speed) was performed, which provides theoretical basis for keeping favorable plate profile in quenching.
