Abstract： According to the practical production data and the variable rules with the different of H2 content in BF by coal injection, and based on the correlative theories, the effect on BF ironmaking process was analyzed. The results show that the certain H2 content in BF is benefit to the steady operation process and the optimization indicator. On the other hand, according to the balance calculation of H and C in BF process, the emission of CO2 is decreased for the following reasons: the more H2 instead of CO taking part in the reducing process through optimization of fuel structure, and further reducing fuel ratio.
