Abstract:Large-scale sintering machine as the mainstream direction of the development of the domestic and foreign sinter technology, large-scale sintering machine has advantages of sinter ores quality, low energy consumption, high levels of labor productivity and automation, and so on. In order to comply with the sintering technology development, the domestic steel company set off an upsurge of constructing large-scale sintering machines in 21st century. At the same time, accompanying by a high-quality iron ore resources reduction, significant progress was made in iron ore fines sintering theory; when constructing large-scale sintering machines, advanced concepts are used as guide, R&D applications to meet the integrated operation of the large-scale sintering machines, achieving the sintering process intensive, producing operation stably, accessing to advanced technical indicators. Strengthen the sinter production and energy-saving, reduce pollution, achieve comprehensive technical and economic indicators and technical level to enhance completely.
