Abstract:According to the grate-kiln pellet, using green ball belt conveyer, swinging belt, wide belt, roller distributor and slip material plate to form distribution system, whose feeding principle was introduced. In production, there existed distributing non-uniform and the low life of the grate plate in grate distribution system. The reasons for causing distributing non-uniform was analyzed from swinging belt, wide belt, roller distributor and slip material plate. Through investigating uniform distributing, distributing devices compact combination was presented to reduce project investment. The main reason of grate left and right material layer unevenly was swing belt works and swing structural asymmetry. Aiming at swinging belt its structure led to the distributing asymmetry problems, and researched immediately, the rational trajectory of the swinging belt was designed. The reasonable angle and separation point of slip plate were determined and uniform distributing effects was achieved.
