| End Point Phosphorus and Manganese Content Control Model Based on Sublance Technique and Optimization of Dephosphorization Process |

Abstract Based on the analysis of major factors influencing P and Mn content at end point,a mathematical model of predicting P and Mn was established and dephosphorization process was optimized. The following results were obtained:the accuracy of P and Mn control were ±0.004% and ±0.03%, with corresponding hitting rates of 89.5% and 94.0% respectively.In order to produce the steel of w(C)≤0.060% with w(P)≤0.010% at an end temperature of 1625 ℃1655 ℃, the ratio of blown oxygen after inblow sublance measurement to the total of oxygen supply should be increased from 9.0% to 12.0%, the ratio of ore added after sublance measurement should be more than 30%, and the slag basicity at end point should be in the range of 3.03.5.
