Abstract The traditional inside stack angle was corrected, and the last charge surface shape was used as initial charge surface shape for next charging to reduce the effect of initial charge surface shape on simulation result. This model can simulate charge surface shape at any angle. The real time ore coke ratio for last three batches could be shown for verification of convergence and BF operation. The mathematical model more truly reflects the charge surface shape in BF.
