凝固末端电磁搅拌对高碳钢内部质量的影响

Abstract White band in high carbon steel billet is formed due to the strong stirring intensity of FEMS. The central carbon segregation and cavity and porosities in billet are aggravated with the appearance of white band. The dendrite growth direction is changed and dendrites are curved in the zone of white band. The mechanism of white band formation is scouring.
