| Precipitation Analysis of Hot Dip Galvanizing 440MPa High Strength IF Steel for Automotive After Hot Rolling and Annealing |

Abstract The micrographs, distribution and chemical compositions of precipitations in hot-rolling and different annealing processes were analyzed, and the influences of annealing parameters on precipitations were also studied by TEM and EDS about galvanized 440MPa high strength IF steel for automotive. The results show that the precipitations are mainly composed of TiN, NbC, TiC and Fe(Ti+Nb)P in hot rolling and annealing. The precipitations quantity of annealed steel is more than hot rolled steel, and the original coarse precipitation are reduced and original small precipitations are growth with the increasing of annealing temperature and holding time.
