| Design of Controlled Rolling and Cooling Equipment of Four-Strands Splitting Bar and Research of Production Process |

Abstract Through Fluent calculation, internal structural of four-strands splitting cooler was designed, the calculated results show that rational design of the cooler incident angle value is 35°; on the condition of 1MPa pressure, flow 100m3/h, when the turbulent pipe roar mouth diameter is 15, 22 and 30 mm respectively, the maximum convective heat transfer coefficient is 16, 12 and 11kW/(m2·℃) respectively. In order to prevent the cooler return water from uneven cooling, the relational model of pressure, flow and circumferential seam adjustment was established. Because of low finishing temperature, the four-strands splitting metal rheological speed reduce. In order to produce anterograde and reduce the differential line, spacing wedge, wedge angle, on both sides of cut sub-hole half-wedge angle, the roll gap and the wedge angle radius of K4 and K3 pass were designed. Combined with the determination of CCT curves, two times controlled cooling temperature field was analyzed by ANSYS software to achieve low-cost and enhancement on the condition of pearlite and ferrite microstructure.
