Optimization and application of roll gap lubrication in the semi-endless rolling process of CSP line in lianyuan steel

Abstract:Aims at reducing roll consumption, rolling force,optimizethestrip shape of semi-endless rolling in CSP line of Lianyuan Steel.Analysis time of the roll temperature measurment, stoppage time, air cooling time.Eestablished function of roll thermal crown.Set differentiation control strategy to the lubrication oil in different stand. The efficiency of the oil has proved reducing load from F2-F6 by 8-12%, the wear of roll can be reduced, the crown of strip is lower than 20μm, the surface defect such as pit can be significantly decreased. The roller gap lubrication has noobvious influence on the microstructure of the hot strip, but it can improve the surface quality.
