Abstract The online rotary deburrer of No.4 Steelmarking and Rolling General Plant was introduced. The deburrer is made by LENZING company from Germany. The structure, characteristics and working principle of deburrer with rotating hammer were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of the rotating hammer derburrer were analyzed, and the applications and troubleshooting during the production were illustrated as well.
