Abstract:The measurement uncertainty caused by tensile temperature and tensile rate changing of tensile mechanical properties of metals will directly produce such a result that the mechanical properties are not the original mechanical property of the testing sample, obtained by the tensile test at any one temperature and any one strain rate. The new technical system of tensile testing shows that the faster the strain rate at a testing temperature, the closer to the original mechanical properties of the tested sample. There is a strain rate fast enough to reach the original mechanical of the sample on the curve of mechanical propertytensile strain rate of the tested metal. A method of getting such a strain rate fast enough will be given out also.
