Abstract:In the testing laboratory, A and B bar immersion flaw detection equipment have different rotation device parameters. Equipment A uses linear speed, and equipment B uses rotational speed. Thus, when the same sample are tested by the two equipment, the flaw detection time is different under the condition of the same parameters. The differences between the two equipment are analyzed, and the interval of inspection of the product size specifications for each equipment is optimized. The testers can make fully use of the equipment itself to rationally use the equipment, and improve the testing efficiency of the equipment.
