摘要

通过对比原料处理成本和技术可行性,得出粉煤压块是解决COREX炼铁工艺中粉煤再利用的最为便捷和有效的途径,并对宝钢COREX煤压块的工艺流程、工艺装备和成品质量进行了详细的介绍,总结了宝钢COREX煤压块的技术特点。认为宝钢COREX煤压块工艺切实可行,它有利于降低COREX炼铁工艺对原料煤的采购要求,拓宽原料来源,同时也为其他企业的粉料回收利用提供了新的思路和方法。

Abstract

The coal briquetting is the most convenient and effective method for recycling the fine coal in the COREX ironmaking process by comparison of the cost and the technical feasibility. The COREX coal briquetting process developed by Baosteel Corporation, the equipments in this process and the quality of the product by this process were introduced in detail, and the character of this process was summarized. It is considered that the COREX coal briquetting process in Baosteel is feasible, furthermore, the process is helpful to lower the requirement of the coal as the raw material of the COREX ironmaking process, and broaden the resource of raw materials. In addition, the process provides a new ideal and method for recycling the fine material in other enterprises.
