摘要

新环保法已于2015年1月1日开始实施,地方政策也密集频繁地发布。绿色发展已成为钢铁产业转型升级、可持续化发展、提高钢铁行业社会形象及核心竞争力的重要途径。通过分析钢铁行业污染排放的风险和挑战,介绍钢铁行业节能环保管理要点、钢铁行业节能环保技术,指出钢铁工业绿色发展的主要创新方向和重要关键技术、实现钢铁工业绿色发展的工程科技战略等,以期对钢铁行业实现绿色转型有一定借鉴作用。

Abstract

The implementation of new environmental protection law began on January 1, 2015. And with it, some local policies were released soon. Green development has become an important way to realize the transformation and upgrading of iron and steel industry, to keep up the sustainable development and promote the social image and core competence of iron and steel industry. Current paper analyzes firstly the risks and challenges which are exposed to the pollution emissions. Then some key points during the management of energy conservation and environmental protection technology are introduced. At last, main innovation directions, some key technologies and engineering strategies of green development are put forward in the hope of providing some implications for the green transformation of iron and steel industry.
