摘要

中国已成为世界上薄板坯连铸连轧产能和产量最高的国家。在继续保持生产效率领先的前提下,正在进行品种开发、质量提高、半无头轧制、铁素体轧制等新工艺探索,并对耐火材料、保护渣等相关材料国产化和降低成本的各个方面寻求突破。未来两年中,中国薄板坯连铸连轧技术创新的重点应有四个方面,即:全面贯通薄板坯连铸热连轧冷连轧涂镀层产品作业线,生产高质量产品与深加工产品;在发挥薄规格热轧产品优势的基础上再创高效率生产新水平;努力在优化薄板坯连铸结晶器、动态轻压下、铁素体轧制、半无头轧制等工艺开发方面走在前列;工艺技术、装备、相关材料基本自主开发。经过努力争取在2~3年后,使我国在薄板坯连铸连轧的生产技术、产品结构与质量、装备与相关材料自主开发等方面都能达到世界一流水平并能引领薄板坯连铸连轧的未来发展。

Abstract

China became the country of largest capacity and output of thin slab castingrolling lines in the world. Now the efforts are put on varieties development, quality improvement, adoption of new technologies such as semiendless rolling, ferrite rolling, cost reduction with domestic supply of refractories and mold powders and other auxiliary materials. In the coming 23 years, there are four aspects for improvement in thin slab casting and rolling in China: (1) production of high quality products and further processed products by whole line of thin slab castingrolling, cold rolling and coating; (2) reaching a higher productivity level with advantages of thin gauge hot rolled products; (3) leading the technology innovation in the field of mold modification, dynamic soft reduction, ferrite rolling and semiendless rolling etc.; (4) independent development of technique, equipment and relevant materials. It is expected that after 23 years, China will lead the technology of thin slab castingrolling in the world in terms of productivity,varieties and quality.
