摘要

按球团矿在鞍钢2580m3高炉内不同高度位置的温度条件、气氛及停留时间,在实验室动态模拟了炉料在高炉内的升温还原变化过程。通过球团升温还原膨胀试验、不同温度下恒温还原试验和900℃标准检测结果对比分析,得出了在高炉条件下的还原膨胀率低于检验标准的900℃膨胀率;鞍钢球团矿还原膨胀在正常范围内,但对弓一球团还原膨胀也应引起重视。鞍钢高炉使用酸性球团矿的配比在20%~30%时,熔滴性能相差不大。高炉使用球团矿比例由25%提高到30%后,炉况波动的主要原因不在于球团矿比例增加。通过生产一定镁或钙含量的球团均可降低球团矿还原膨胀及改善熔滴性能,从而可提高球团矿使用比例。

Abstract

According to the temperature, atmosphere and residence time of the pellets at different height in Ansteel 2580m3 BF, we dynamic simulated the changing process of the pellets in BF in laboratory. We found out that the reduction expansion of BF condition are lower than the standard expansion at 900℃; the reduction expansion of Ansteel pellets are in the normal range, but we should attach importance to the reduction expansion of Gong-one pellets, comparing the calefactive reduction expansion test, reduction text at different temperature and standard test result at 900℃. The reduction-swelling properties are similar, when acid pellets of Ansteel BF in the ratio of 20% to 30%. The fluctuation of BF condition is not because of the pellets ratio increasing, after the using ratio enhanced from 25% to 30%. We produce pellets with a certain ratio of Ca or Mg to reduce the reduction expansion and change the reduction-swelling properties, thereby enhance the using ratio of pellets.
