摘要

本文通过热轧试验,利用扫描电镜、TEM观察和EBSD技术等分析显微组织与力学性能之间的关系。研究显示:显微组织以GB+AF组织为主,AF组织呈典型的长条针状;以块状形式转变的准多边形铁素体为主,内部含有大量位错,高位错密度形成位错胞,位错线上分布着细小的析出相,具有高强度和良好冲击韧性;大角度晶界占整个分析区域内晶界的88%,大角度晶界主要分布在30~60°,对冲击韧性非常有利。

Abstract

In this paper, hot-rolling tests, using scanning electron microscopy, TEM observation and analysis of EBSD technology, microstructure and mechanical properties relationship. Studies have shown that: Micro-organizations GB + AF-based organizations, AF was typical of the organization's long needle-like; to massive changes in the form of quasi-polygonal ferrite-based, interior contains a lot of dislocation, the formation of high dislocation density of dislocations cell, dislocation lines distributed small precipitates with high strength and good impact toughness; wide-angle grain boundary analysis of the region's total grain boundary of 88%, wide-angle grain boundary are mainly distributed in 30 ~ 60 °, on the impact of very beneficial to toughness.
