摘要

利用P92钢在不同温度和应力条件下的蠕变及持久试验数据,建立了持久试验外推强度曲线,外推的持久强度同欧洲蠕变委员会公布的数据基本相同。同时研究了超超临界机组新型耐热钢P92钢蠕变特点,高应力阶段的Norton应力指数数值表明蠕变机理为位错蠕变。组织观察表明,P92钢的主要强化机理为位错强化及弥散强化,淬火得到的马氏体内部有高密度的位错及板条间的碳化物M23C6及弥散分布碳氮化物MX是P92钢热强性高的原因。随着位错密度的降低及析出相的粗化,P92钢的高温耐热性也降低。

Abstract

Based on the creep data, the creep rupture strength extrapolation curve of P92 steel was calculated, the extrapolated strength from which were similar to the data of ECCC. The creep characteristic of the new generation heat resistant steel P92 was studied as well, the values of Norton stress exponents of high stresses creep indicated that the creep mechanism was dislocation mechanism. The results of microstructure investigation showed that the strengthening mechanism of P92 steel was dislocation and dispersion strengthening. There were high density dislocations inside the martensite lath and carbide M23C6 between the martensite lath and disperse carbonitride MX , these were the reason why P92 steel had a high strength. The heat resistance of P92 steel decreased with the decreasing dislocation density and precipitated phases coarsening.
