摘要

宽带钢轧机支承辊的接触应力分布直接影响辊面疲劳硬化和磨损状态,进而影响支承辊的使用寿命。本文采用有限元法对支承辊的接触应力分布进行了模拟分析,在此基础上开展了辊型优化设计,并以改善接触应力分布均匀性、缩短支承辊边部有害接触区为目标,得到了优化的支承辊辊型参数。

Abstract

Fatigue hardening and wear of roll surface were affected directly by the contact stress distribution on backup rolls used for wide strip mill, which brought an obvious effect to service life of backup roll. In this paper, an optimum design on profile of backup rolls was developed based on contact analysis of backup roll using FEM. The improving homogenized contact stress and shortening the length of harmful contact were as main aims, and the optimized parameter of profile of backup rolls was obtained.
