摘要

为了监测冷却壁热态状况,延长高炉寿命,将人工智能仿真技术引入到冷却壁数值仿真中,建立了基于传热数学模型与人工智能技术结合的高炉冷却壁系统智能仿真模型。基于传热模型及试验测试数据,探讨了冷却壁热面局部高温状况下,热面最高温度与监测点(1~5个监测点)之间的基本传热数学模型。利用试验数据,对冷却壁智能监测模型进行了训练,提高了模型与实际物理过程的吻合程度。该模型能在线监测高炉冷却壁的热态状况。

Abstract

In order to monitor the thermal situation of blast furnace stave and to prolong the lifetime of blast furnace, the intelligent simulation technique was introduced to mathematical simulation of blast furnace stave. The intelligent simulation model of blast furnace stave was built by use of the combination of the modelbased mathematical model of heat transfer and the technique of artifical intelligent. Based on the heattransfer model and the data of the test, the relationship of the maximum temperature of hot surface of blast furnace stave and survey points (from point 1 to 5) was explored on the condition with local high temperature in hot surface on cooling stave. The intelligent monitoring model for cooling stave was trained by taking advantage of the experimental data so as to improve the degree of agreement between the model and practical physical process as well. The model can online predict the thermal situation of blast furnace stave.
