摘要

通过金相分析、扫描电镜、能谱分析,同时结合热力学及动力学计算的方法,对Ni-22Cr-12Co镍基高温合金电渣重熔TiN变化行为进行研究,结果表明:在试验条件下,真空锭和电渣锭中的夹杂物均为以Al2O3为核心的TiN夹杂物;电渣重熔过程中,计算所得TiN回溶时间为1.17s;电渣重熔对去除TiN夹杂物几乎不起作用;计算所得TiN析出尺寸约为5μm,略小于试验值。

Abstract

By metallographic analysis, scanning electron microscopy, energy spectrum analysis, combined with thermodynamic and kinetic calculation methods, the behavior of titanium-nitride in the electric slag remelting process of Ni-22Cr-12Co nickel-based superalloy were investigated. The results show that: under our experimental conditions, inclusions in the vacuum ingot and esr ingot is TiN which have the core of Al2O3; in the electric slag remelting process, the calculation time of dissolution of TiN is 1.17s; electric slag remelting process have little effect on the removal of the TiN inclusions, calculated TiN precipitated size of about 5μm, is slightly smaller than the experimental values.
