研究了以玉舍贫瘦煤为主要煤种制备型焦的工艺方案,利用正交试验考察了成型煤粒度组成、贫瘦煤配入比例、炭化速率、炭化时间、炭化终温等工艺条件对型焦质量的影响。通过对型焦质量检测结果比较分析,结果表明,最佳的工艺条件为:成型煤粒度小于1mm,贫瘦煤配入比例70%,炭化速率4℃/min,炭化时间4h,炭化终温900℃,此时制得的型焦符合国家二级冶金焦的要求。
Abstract
The process concept of making formed coke was discussed through using meager-lean coal. The effect of technological conditions (such as size distribution of blended coal, the proportion of blended meager-lean coal, the rate and time of carbonization and final carbonization temperature) on the quality of formed coke was investigated with the orthogonal experiment. The results show that the optimum conditions were: the size composition of blended coal is less than 1mm, the proportion of meager-lean coal is 70%, the rate and time of carbonization respectively is 4℃/min and 4h, the final temperature of carbonization is 900℃. The formed coke, which is made under mentioned above conditions, is comply with the requirements of the national level of the second class metallurgical coke.
