The planning and construction of gas system in Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Company absorbed and optimized the technical experience and management philosophy of Baosteel，such as the mature gas recovery purification process to ensure gas quality，the large-scale gas mixing and booting station for centralized management，the advanced Energy Center platform for reliable process control and the adoption of a number of energy-saving technology for gas utilization. It has laid a good foundation for the management of gas resources， the energy-saving and emission reduction in the company.
